You may have questions before you decide to reach out to schedule your first appointment. Below are some frequently asked questions to help you better determine if I might be good fit for you.

  • Do you take insurance?

    • These are the types of insurance I am able to accept (no forms of Medicaid/Medicare are accepted at this time):

      • Aetna

      • Anthem BlueCross and BlueShield

      • Medical Mutual

      • Optum/UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH/ UMR

 

  • Do you offer telehealth?

    • Yes. I offer both in-person sessions (in Springfield, OH) & video sessions.

 

  • Do you work with people outside of Ohio?

    • No. As a licensed mental health therapist, I am only licensed to work with those residing in the state of Ohio.

 

  • When are appointments available?

    • Although my schedule is currently full, you are welcome to reach out if you'd like to be notified once I have openings. 

  • As a straight, cis woman do you celebrate members of the LGBTQ+ community?

    • Yes! I have experience working with folks of all gender identities & sexual orientations and intentionally attend trainings to increase my cultural competency in this area.​
